Beginners and experienced karateka are welcome to join us on Tuesdays from 7 pm to 8.30 pm. Black belt instructor qualified with the Japan Karate Association. Beginners should wear loose fitting track suit bottoms and t shirt. Special beginner''s courses are available including free karate suit (special terms apply).
