My treatments involve using a blend of therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution focused Therapy (SFT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Eye Movement Desensitisation Repossessing (EMDR) to create specific and personalised treatments. The method I use is to combine the above techniques to treat an individually tailored treatment plan which is delivered whilst the patient is in a state of deep relaxation or whilst hypnotised. Hence, the patient is treated with CBT or any other therapy WHILE they are hypnotised: as opposed to the patient being treated WITH hypnosis.
