Please dont think that because our plans are half (or in some cases a third) of what some companies are charging that we are only offering a second rate service because this just simply could not be further from the trurth

Here at KJM we have a simple work ethic that ensures we remain busy all the year round even in these dark economic times -

'a professional job at a price thats fair to all parties.'

We strongly believe in providing a first class service at a reasonable price. We dont have fancy offices with solid oak floors and air conditioning, we dont drive flash company cars, and we dont spend fortunes each month advertising. 90% of our work is through recommendations and word of mouth - the kind of advertising that thankfully cannot be bought by large architectural firms.

Furthermore KJM does not involve itself in large retail projects or commercial developments.

Some large architectural firms and chartered surveyors look at private residentual planning applications as a hinderence or a stop gap until the next commercial project pops up - but at KJM we dont get involved in commercial developments - Residentual home improvements is all we do and because of this we have become expert at it.
