Painter & Decorator Wins Prestigious National Award. Mr. James Croucher, owner of Decorating Management based in Aberdeenshire, Scotland received a Special Award for Innovation. The ceremony, hosted by the National Home Improvement Council (NHIC), saw Decorating Management receive a special combined award for Innovation from the NHIC and from Trustmark, the Government endorsed standards agency.
