Welcome to ScaffGap Ltd In recent times we have experienced a rapid growth of innovative safety products, collectively improving safety standards within the access industry. ScaffGap was invented by time served scaffold professionals who recognized the need and demand for a solution to an ‘age-old’ problem; that of gaps within working platforms. Quite archaic methods were and are still being used today to solve this problem…..Not Any more! ScaffGap has been embraced by industry, combating the inherent risks at source. Work at height safety remains a top priority. The use of ScaffGap demonstrates best practice, compliance with health and safety legislation and first and foremost; A Safer Place of Work! Work at Height accident statistics speak for themselves, we all have a duty to strive for an accident and injury free workplace. ScaffGap ease of use is the perfect solution to an otherwise arduous task, that regrettably is often overlooked. Be proactive and not a statistic ScaffGap Limited was founded in July 2009. The two directors and shareholders have over 30 years experience in the scaffolding industry. We are both practising health and safety professionals. ScaffGap’s conception was born out of the requirement to address the serious inherent risks on working platforms. It has taken two years of research and development to reach final production of ScaffGap. ScaffGap has an international patent pending and design copyright. Raising awareness throughout industry of the corporate benefits of using ScaffGap is a continual international effort by ScaffGap’s two directors. ScaffGap is increasingly being utilised and recognised, on its merits, by industry both in the UK and Overseas. Our ultimate aim is to incorporate ScaffGap into a working platform as an every day integral component, as is toe-boards and guard-rails. ScaffGap will provide a safe solution to the millions of people who use scaffold platforms as a daily place of work, thereby reduce the risk of injury. As health and safety professionals we are very proud and passionate about our achievements and collective contribution to the innovative safety technology that offers collective protection, combating the risk at source, as opposed to mitigating control measures.
