Poledanceuk has a team of fully fitness qualified instructors who will teach you the skill of poledancing weather it be for fitness,fun or competition level.Everybody is welcome as our lessons are very friendly.Lessons are held at Fitness first Southend,Clemants hall Hawkwell also Katz Basildon.All details of lessons are on our website www.poledanceuklimited.com and you do not need to be a member of the gyms to do this lesson.T shirt and shorts are advisible for pole grip however some girls prefer leggins also bare feet.All instructors are first aid certificated ,qualified and insurances in place as well as being trained by poledanceuk only.Your enjoyment and safety is our first priority.We have between 8 and 10 poles at each gym so as well as working in small groups you are sure to get plenty of pole time.All ages welcome from 16 upwards.
