Kentai Karate was founded by its chief instructor Jonathan Little (6th Dan) and soon had clubs all over Cumbria and Lancaster. 2010 marked his 18th anniversary as a full-time instructor. Jonathan is affiliated to the federation of English Karate. He is also a qualified fitness instructor/personal trainer. Competitors training with Jonathan Little have been very successful, competing right up to world level (i.e. fighting for the Federation of English Karate Organisations at World Karate Confederation championships throughout the world). Kentai students have the opportunity to compete in many competitions throughout the country

Over many years I have continued to teach Muay Thai Boxing on a Private Tuition basis. Only now after moving into Morecambe I am returning to Classes due to popular request and hope this will bring this fantastic sport/art to more people in the Bay area. Our Motto is Self Defence, Fitness or Fun and I will always make sure that my students train at a level they are comfortable with. So please DONT BE AFFAID to come along and give Muay Thai Boxing a GO!!!!
