Life Coaching is a holistic process which will empower you to take ownership of your life and get you from where you are now, to where you want to be. During the coaching process, you will embark on a journey of self-discovery and positive change. Through positive planning, I will work with you to achieve success. I will use a number of exercises and techniques with you, including some Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) tools. These form part of the toolkit that you will take away with you at the end of your coaching journey and use for life. I coach face to face, over the telephone and via email. I work with you and provide your coaching sessions around your commitments. Therefore I am available to coach during the day, in the evening and at weekends. In 2009 I am running a number of coaching workshops across Kent, from life coaching tasters to helping Mums return to work with confidence.
