"Open your eyes and look within. Are you satisfied with the life you’re living?” There comes a time usually in midlife sometimes earlier, when we begin to ask these or similar questions: Who am I? Where am I going? What am I supposed to be doing ? The list seems endless, you know something is wrong with you or your life but not sure what. Maybe you’re angry all the time, or plagued by negative thinking but unsure why. Because we don’t know why we are unhappy we start the blame game, we direct it at those around us, partners, parents, children, employees , employers, we may have weight issues and can’t understand why when we lose weight we put it straight back on? Its easier to blame others instead of looking inside ourselves, the key to happiness is not external it’s internal! Self empowerment brings choices,freedom, and life mastery. Its not complicated or difficult it’s just seeing your life from a different perspective, when you work on yourself your world looks and feels different, you let go of saying yes when you want to say no, you consider your needs first, you nurture yourself and your inner child, as a result of this your confidence soars, you feel good about yourself, your health and well-being improves, and most importantly you know what its like to be happy and have inner peace.
