I am a career and lifestyle coach. I have also done some work with Adrian Ulch, a tremendous business coach and Guru. I am also a psychiatric nurse. I have been a psychiatric nurse working in the National Health Service for the last 36 years. One of the attributes of a mental health nurse is enhanced communication skills which can be used in all aspects of life. I have also completed a counseling skills course and many of these skills are transferable to the coaching setting.
