My name is Gary Lazarus and I have been coaching for over 25 years. ​ My passion is to help as many people as possible and make sure people get to live the life they want to live. Whether that be free of stress and anxiety, sleepless night worrying about your life direction, or if you are looking to be more focused in, work, sport or life in general. Peak performance and goal setting can change your life. ​ I got into life coaching because I decided I wanted to make a change in my life. As a kid I wanted to be a graphic designer, and that is the job that I did as an adult. It was a few years ago that I realised that I was always good at motivating football players before big games, and I was always a great coach to the kids, always giving life lessons in my sessions. So I decided to take my qualifications as a life coach. ​ Since 2015 I have been mentored by award winning transformational coach David Key, award winning author Shaa Wasmund MBE, and celebrity relationship coaches Nikki and Tony Vee. Between the four of them they have a wealth of knowledge that they have passed onto me. These people have now become good friends, and keep in contact frequently. ​ My background is in sport having competed at Judo at junior level to international standard, and running grassroots football teams for over 25 years. I specialise in motivating sports people to reach a higher standard and peak performance. I run workshops for managers and coaches of grassroots teams to teach them how to get the best out of their players. ​ I am very passionate about what I do, I hope that one day we can meet face to face and I can help you in some way. ​
