Any variations will be noted in full and a schedule of condition and cleanliness will be provided and signed by the tenant if present. Meter readings will be taken and recorded on the document along with the names, where possible of the relevant utility providers. All keys, including garage, front and back door will be listed and signed over to the tenant on completion of the check in. On termination of the tenancy a comparison is made with the original inventory. The check-out report will detail all changes to the state of the property including cleanliness and any damage, meter readings and all recommendations will be noted in full on our check-out report.
