MyBody Studios ® (formerly known as Pilates Studio North) originally started as the only fitness studio outside of London to specialise in Pilates mat and machine work, Gyrotonic ® and Yoga. We''re based in East Boldon, in Tyne and Wear and also have a studio in Carrville in Durham. Pilates Mat and Machine classes; Yoga; Gyrotonic; Personal Training; Teacher Training - All classes are closely monitored by qualified professional staff in a stimulating, friendly, fun and social environment. Our ongoing investment in equipment and staff training is specifically designed to help members achieve their personal goals. We welcome new members of all ages and abilities to our well established Pilates studio. Emma trained with Europes largest Pilates organisation and is a level 4 member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.
