We are a husband and wife team which through our own passion discovered the benefits of using Pilates and Sports Therapy together to help our clients become injury free, stronger and happier. Paul has several Sports Injury/Therapy qualifications and Tanja is a level 3 Pilates instructor and offers classes and private sessions in Kingsteignton and the surrounding areas including Kingskerswell, Teignmouth and Dawlish. Our classes are mostly mat based Pilates, however a range of equipment is used to keep the classes interesting and keeping those muscles working.
