Dynamic Definition Fitness Training provides a number of new, exctiting and effective fitness classes in London, including dance kick - a new fusion of dance, aerobics, body combat and conditioning for all full body workout! Other classes include Zumba, aerobics, dynamix bootcamp and body combat. Classes are available for all levels of fitness and enable you to push your own fitness bounderies. Class Timetable: SUNDAY: Dance Kick - EDGWARE LA Fitness, Station Road, Edgware from 2-3pm. £6 per class (can pay for 4 classes in one go). Members and non members welcome. Ladies only class, ages 16+. MONDAY: Zumba! STARTS ON 25TH OCTOBER. - EDGWARE Brought to you by Latin Soul Dance and Fitness Ltd, at Parish Church Hall, Rectory Lane, Edgware, HA8 7LG from 7:30-8:30pm. £7 per class,£24 for 4 classes and £40 for 8 classes (to be used within a specific time period). Ladies only class. WEDNESDAY: Zumba!- BUSHEY At First PLace Nursery, Falconer Road, Bushey,WD23 3AQ from 8:15-9:15pm.£7 per class or £24 for 4 classes (to be used within 5 weeks). Ladies only class. THURSDAY: Zumba! - EDGWARE Brought to you by Latin Soul, At LA Fitness, Station Road, Edgware from 7:20-8:20pm. £7 per class, £24 for 4 classes, £40 for 8 classes (to be used within specified time period). All welcome! Members and non- members.Men and women welcome. PLEASE CALL THE GYM TO BOOK BEFORE AS SPACES ARE LIMITED. Private studio fitness classes. PERSONAL TRAINING - AS OF MARCH 2011 Zumba and Body Combat - BARNET PLEASE NOTE... Before participating in Dance Kick and Zumba on Wednesdays a PARQ form (physical assessment) must be filled in to ensure us you are physically able to do the class. Appropriate sports wear must be worn to all classes. This includes comfortable clothes that you feel comfortable moving in, and TRAINERS.
