Vani Patha, Founder and CEO Vani''s career spans over five years in the core Human Resource function. Vani has worked with Accenture and IBM as a HR functional advisor. Her experience covers a wide range of strategy, business performance and HR areas, including resource planning, organizational design, performance measurement and reward programs, at executive and junior levels. She has extensively managed multinational clients in planning and implementing HR service centres while at IBM. InterviewBay is a result of her discussions with a network of top business school friends and colleagues across the world. Working with her husband''s MBA application for HBS, Wharton, MIT, LBS and INSEAD, Vani has understood the importance of mock interviews for MBA applicants, and the inherent need of the direct connection between the School''s alumni and MBA applicants. Vani''s strong experience in HR has seeded the confidence to start InterviewBay. She holds a Bachelors degree (Hons.) in Business Management with a specialization in Finance, and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. She is pursuing Masters in International Employment Relations and Human Resources Management at London School of Economics (LSE).
