We use products from leading carpet cleaning specialists, Clean Smart and Pro Chem. - Each product is specific to a different stain - you will never find a Carpet Cleaner with an “off the shelf” bottle from a Supermarket - very few stains are removed from these chemicals - and they are often “sealed in” - making it difficult to be removed by a professional Carpet Cleaner - It is always best to call a professional carpet cleaner for expert advice in the first instance - we are always happy to help!! Our excellent service begins at the first contact. We are happy to give a free, no obligation quotation over the telephone, or visit our clients at their home or business premises at your convenience. We survey the carpets or upholstery, using a magnifying glass on leather materials, to assess the fibres to ascertain the condition of the fabrics and give an honest assessment to our customers - we do not make false claims - Not all stains can be removed every time - (especially if off the shelf products have previously been used) beware of any carpet cleaner who makes promises such as these. Once a price has been agreed, which we are happy to put in writing, we will arrive promptly at the agreed time. We have sliders - so can move heavy furniture easily, then thoroughly hoover the area with an industrial vacuum, ensuring that any loose dirt/dust deep in the pile is removed. We then pre-spray the area to be cleaned, and, using an agitator, massage the chemicals deep into the carpets. At this point, we also work on any individual stains, using the appropriate products. We use hot water steam extraction, with a top of the range machine, along with a magna in-line heater which heats the water to 110 degrees, steam cleaning your room effortlessly, working quickly around the room to remove any dirt, mites etc deep into the carpet fibres. We regularly get asked how to remove stains - Our first response is to ask if you have tried to remove it yourselves? - This is because some of the off the shelf stain removers don''t actually remove the stain, but seal it in the carpet. It is also far easier to remove a stain if we know what the stain actually is. We have a large range of stain removers for almost every eventuality. It makes sense that what will remove one stain, wont necessarily remove another - as the ingredients are entirely different.
