Crossroads Care Ribble Valley promotes, offers, support and delivers high quality service for carers and people with care needs. We are a specialist organisation providing support to Carers in their own homes giving them “time to be themselves”. We provide emotional and practical support Carers need to allow them to continue to care for a relative or friend at home. Our high quality service is tailored individually through a support plan, for each Carer and person with care needs and delivered by means of the provision of domiciliary care workers trained to professional standards. Our Service; Is responsive to local need Supports carers and the people they care for of all ages (including children and young people) Provides both a break and emotional support for the carer Offers a break service which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year Supports people with a range of needs from the simple to the complex Supports people with a range of disabilities or health conditions (no disability or health condition is excluded per se) Provides some element of continuing support after caring ends Signposts Carers and the people they support to other organisations when we are unable to assist
