In addition we carry out traditional building surveying roles including building surveys, party wall surveying, CDM coordinating work together with acting as expert witness in building related disputes. With the exception of some building surveying activities, such as property surveys and party wall surveying work, we always carry out an initial free consultation at your site or property to discuss your requirements and to inform you of the implications of planning permission requirements, building regulations and the party wall act, prior to confirming the services we can provide for you together with our professional charges.
