The studio caters for up to six students plus myself. It''s a tranquil, small and friendly environment where I can give very personal tuition, tailloring every class to suit individual needs, whatever your ability, age or flexibility. A dedicated yoga space, the studio is light and airy with warm wooden floors with all equipment and refreshments provided. My name is Guy, I''m 48 and have lived in Tonbridge with my wife and 13 year old daughter for 7 years. I took up yoga 7 years ago as a way of de-stressing from my extemely pressurised job in The City and it really was a ''llight bulb'' moment. I am fully insured with the British Wheel of Yoga and fully trained First Aider. I teach Hatha yoga.
