Tony Bingham MIET specializes in the diagnosis and repair of most brands of lcd and led televisions. With over 40 years experience in the trade and as a sole trader since 2011 based in the city of Lincoln. Without the overheads of a large company it often means I can offer you a cost effective repair to your faulty equipment. I am a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
Tony Bingham MIET started in the tv repair trade in 1969 serving a 5 year RTRA apprenticeship with Rumbelows achieving full C&G qualifications. From 1975-2006 I was employed by Lincolnshire Co-operative initially as a bench engineer before being promoted to Service Manager and holding that position for 18 years up to the departments closure. Following that I was employed by MTV Service Centre in Lincoln as a bench engineer from 2006-2011 when due to the recession I was made redundant. Since 2011 I have been operating as a sole trader. Wherever possible I carry out repairs to component level rather than fit expensive replacement boards.
