I am a Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist with specialist training in Maternity, In-fertility and Sub-fertility. Reflexology is a natural, non-invasive therapy based on the theory that every part of the body is mapped out on the feet, hands and ears. Various techniques are used which aim to relax and re-balance the body enabling it to heal itself. After a full health consultation is taken and an investigatory treatment is carried out, I then provide a very unique service by devising a bespoke treatment plan for each individual based on your presenting condition and any areas of imbalance which I find in the initial investigatory treatment. The treatment plan is constantly reviewed and amended to ensure you are receiving the best treatment possible. I also offer hand and auricular treatments which can be used as stand alone treatments or used synergistically to enhance a foot treatment. Inner intent Reflexology uses the power of the mind to help heal the body, it is a very focused, empowering and enlightening experience and encourages a deeper state of relaxation, this can be used for the whole or just part of a session depending on your needs. Meridians can also be included to help unblock any energy pathways and assist healing.
