Assist Employment will provide a cost effective and time efficient online recruitment solution, specialising in temporary and contractual administration and support roles throughout the uk. Assist aims to breakdown the barriers of recruiting and job searching for both employers and potential candidates. Having worked in both environments the director recognised the urgent need for a simplistic chain of direct communication between the employer and candidate. Currently in Phase 1 of the build Assist provides an online community, free resource library and we run a series of surveys, all these tools are to support users either recruiting or job searching. The final user generated site (due for completion in September 2008) will provide a supportive environment for employers and candidates to recruit and be recruited.
