We have a 24 track ex BBC sound truck for location work plus a studio for re-mix and repair/overdubbs.Basic price with 2 operators £500 per day. We have mastered many albums and now provide this service by post (mainly electronic mail) as a rough guide this works out at around £35 per song/track depending on complexity. We operate in film/Tv/web (mp3)/DVD/live sound.

WHY A TRUCK?.Because unlike a recorder just plugged into the FOH sound desk we can hear what is being recorded .We can also put up some of our studio quality mics usually for drums/ acoustic guitar,and advise on buzzes and clicks that wouldnt usually be heard until it was too late.We deliver to you either Wavs if you wish to remix or we can mix and master in our digital studio . Runway Studios is a recording and rehearsal facility for bands wanting an exclusive environment, without exclusive prices.
We have a fabulous large 570 SQ FOOT LIVE ROOM, with a great vibe for bands to get in the zone.
Recording rates are £20 per hr or £180 for a ten hour day, which includes engineer and producer if required, plus all the tea and coffee you want.
We care as much as you do about your recordings and do our utmost to give you the sound youre after.
We use a mix of analogue and digital equipment to bring out the best in the sound, but with the benefit of being able to hone and tweak the recordings where necessary. Rehearsals start at £11 per hour with deals on 4 hrs or more.
