I) Property Research Find your dream home with our help and once you have chosen the property for you, we will organise your visit to France. II) Visit & Building Survey Once you have visited and fallen in love with your Dream Home, we will provide a comprehensive survey to provide a more accurate estimate of the works required. III) Purchase Assistance Support and assistance will be provided throughout all administrative procedures and formalities until signature of the “Acte de Vente”. IV) Design Mission With your vision in mind and information gathered during your visit, sketch drawings are developed and discussed with you. Once approved, scale drawings of the plans will be submitted for planning permission. We also advise on interior design at this stage. V) Project Management Once the planning application has been approved, the contracts are drawn up, a schedule is set and work can begin. We will project manage the refurbishment work with a focus on quality, time and cost management. You will be regularly updated as the work progresses to keep you involved throughout as we work towards building your dream home in France.
