By looking at the body as an holistic organism, we can see how different systems interact to maintain health, or manifest disease. We can provide nutritional guidance and programmes tailored to your individual needs. We also promote Reflexology to relieve tension and stress in the body. By means of light massage in specific points on the foot, we are able to stimulate a positive release in energy centres and bring the body back into a balanced state. The two therapies have a synergistic quality but can also be used on a stand alone basis. Each therapy is unique to the individual and their personal requirements.
