We are writing to introduce our service, a Residential Rehabilitation Centre for women with children. We provide a six month treatment programme designed to assist mothers to examine and resolve the issues that precipitated their drug use and equip them with life skills and coping strategies for the future. Mothers have individual, tailored programmes that include group work, one to one counselling, key work and parenting sessions. Residents work together within the therapeutic community framework and with supervision and support from the staff team to learn to live without substances and to form positive relationships.
