Jaz Hands Canine Therapy
Devizes, Wiltshire, SN105TS
Canine sports massage therapy. I am a qualified canine sports massage therapist, and I have availability to treat your dog. I have experience in working with competition horses and working dogs, so I understand the importance of keeping working animals and animal athletes in optimum condition to enable them to perform to the best of their abilities. Having suffered injuries myself, I am aware of the benefits of rehabilitation therapies and massage for ongoing maintenance. Massage can help to provide a natural pain relief, it can assist with relaxation, reducing stress, anxiety and discomfort. It increases blood supply and circulation, and stimulates the lymphatic system, which helps the body remove toxins, helps improve suppleness, and mobility. Sports massage can be beneficial to dogs with a number of conditions, including Osteoarthritis, hip and elbow dysplasia, cruciate ligament injury, Osteochondritis Dissecans (OCD), Legge-Calvé-Perthes Disease, Spondylitis, Spondylosis and many other conditions. I can treat your dog at my house or in the comfort of your home. Treatment will be tailored to your dog's needs, but will generally involve an assessment of the dog, a variety of massage techniques to warm up and treat the muscles, stretches, and joint mobilisation. Depending on your dogs condition, I would hope to see an improvement within 3-5 sessions, with muscular complaints, rather than structural, improvement can often be seen straight away. I will need permission from your dogs vet to treat your dog, and I can provide a report for your vet if required. Please contact me if you would like to book an appointment or have any questions

The Supple Equine
Devizes, Wiltshire, SN103JD
Equine Body Work is a hands-on form of complementary therapy for the horse, using sports massage, stretching and range of motion exercises. Unlike with many other therapies, Equine Body Work considers and treats your horse as a whole, taking into account his posture, movement, tack and training. By looking at the entire horse, the aim of Equine Body Work is to identify the cause of the problem and treat it right at the source instead of just alleviating the symptoms. Please visit the website for more information on Equine Body Work and how to get in touch.
